Website Proposal

Prepared by RT7 Media | February 2026

Project Overview

Wiles-Mensch is looking to refresh their web presence to better represent both their Virginia and DC offices. We've prepared three options ranging from a streamlined single-site approach to a full dual-installation build. All options include transitioning away from Elementor, custom portfolio filtering, logo refinement, and a social content dashboard. All options include one year of free managed hosting.

A Note from Marty

Our goal is simple: make your website easy to manage. After years of working with clients and page builders like Elementor, we've seen firsthand how frustrating complicated tools can be. We're not here to throw more software at you — we're here to make things run smoothly. When this project is done, updating your content should feel effortless. That's the value we bring: helping you work smarter, not harder.

Quick Cost Summary

  • Option A — Single Site + VA Redirect$3,375 to start$6,750 total
  • Option B — Hybrid Dual-Display Site$4,525 to start$9,050 total
  • Option C — Two Separate Installations$5,625 to start$11,250 total

All projects begin with a 50% deposit. Remaining balance due at project completion. All options include logo refinement, Social Content Dashboard, and one year of free managed hosting.

Option A: Single Site + VA Redirect

Simplest approach — one website, one installation

The DC-focused website serves as the primary site. The Virginia domain simply redirects to the main site. Virginia office contact info is available on a dedicated "Virginia Office" page or section, but the site's design, portfolio, and visuals are unified under one brand presentation.

Scope

  • Full website redesign with transition away from Elementor to a custom theme
  • Custom project portfolio filtering (Cates-style by type, location, etc.)
  • Virginia domain redirect to primary site
  • Dedicated Virginia office page with VA contact info, map, and local details
  • Updated contact forms
  • Responsive design and QA
  • SEO optimization — clean markup, fast load times, meta tags, image optimization, and mobile-first best practices to help you rank
  • Logo refinement (primary logo + VA/DC variations)
  • Social Content Dashboard with AI-generated social drafts and approval workflow

Investment Breakdown

Website redesign & development $3,500
Custom portfolio filtering system $900
Logo refinement (with VA/DC variations) $500
Social Content Dashboard $1,850
1 year managed hosting INCLUDED
Project Total $6,750
50% Deposit to Begin $3,375
Remaining balance due at project completion $3,375

Option B: Hybrid Dual-Display Site

One platform, two offices (DC + VA) — built to scale when you add a third

A single WordPress installation dynamically displays different content based on which domain the visitor uses. The Virginia domain shows Virginia contact info, Virginia portfolio highlights, and VA-specific visuals. The DC domain shows DC portfolio, DC contact info, and DC imagery. Shared content like news, blog posts, team bios, and company history is managed once and appears on both.

Scope

  • Full website redesign with transition away from Elementor to a custom theme
  • Domain-based query detection for dual-display logic
  • Custom project portfolio filtering (Cates-style) with location awareness
  • Virginia display: VA contact info, VA portfolio, VA visuals and branding
  • DC display: DC contact info, DC portfolio, DC visuals and branding
  • Shared content management (blog, news, bios managed once)
  • Updated contact forms with office-specific routing
  • Responsive design and QA
  • Advanced SEO optimization — clean markup, meta tags, image optimization, JSON-LD structured data for rich search results, and AI search enhancement so your firm surfaces in AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews
  • Logo refinement (primary logo + VA/DC variations)
  • Social Content Dashboard with AI-generated social drafts and approval workflow

Investment Breakdown

Hybrid dual-display website build $4,500
Domain detection & display logic $1,000
Custom portfolio filtering system $1,200
Logo refinement (with VA/DC variations) $500
Social Content Dashboard $1,850
1 year managed hosting INCLUDED
Project Total $9,050
50% Deposit to Begin $4,525
Remaining balance due at project completion $4,525

Option C: Two Separate Website Installations

Full independence — two distinct sites

Two completely independent WordPress installations, each with its own design, content, portfolio, and management. The Virginia site is fully tailored to the VA office and market. The DC site is fully tailored to DC. Each site is managed separately — content updates, blog posts, and team bios are maintained independently on each installation.

Scope

  • Two full website redesigns with transition away from Elementor to custom themes
  • Independent design direction for each site (different hero imagery, color accents, tone)
  • Custom project portfolio filtering on each site (Cates-style)
  • Separate contact forms, separate content management
  • Responsive design and QA on both sites
  • Advanced SEO optimization on both sites — clean markup, meta tags, image optimization, JSON-LD structured data for rich search results, and AI search enhancement so your firm surfaces in AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews
  • Logo design and refinement
  • Social Content Dashboard on each site with AI-generated social drafts and approval workflow
  • Two separate hosting environments
